Deep yellow in colour, it displays floral notes as well as hints of dried fruit and wood.Balanced and fresh, it shows pleasant acidity and a light spice flavour. Irresistible finish.

Served chilled, it's the perfect pairing for enjoying desserts that are not too sweet. Try it with a lush almond cake with lemon and poppy seeds, or a milk chocolate and hazelnut nocciolato with basil ice cream. Wonderful just on its own, after a meal.
