Golden in colour, fresh and intense on the nose, it shows notes of honey matched and hints of vanilla and yellow stone fruit. Seductive and intense on the palate, with aromas of fruit combined with aromas of ageing in wood. An elegant and engaging finish.

Serve with savoury nibbles such as dried fruit, apricots stuffed with walnuts or smoked salmon. If sweet is your thing, try it with vanilla ice cream or orange tart.
