Kopke Colheita 1983 Tawny

Deep brick in colour with a broad amber rim. Opulent aromas of dried fruit with notes of caramel and a subtle hint of molasses. Seductive, enticing and delicate, laden with elegant flavours of dried fruit. Its texture is silky and deliciously creamy. A powerful wine with a remarkably elegant and persistent finish.

Served chilled, it reveals all its finesse and sophistication, especially when drunk with desserts made with caramel, dried fruit and spice, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly,tarte tatin, crème brulée and medium-strength cheeses.
