Kopke Colheita 2007 White

Golden yellow colour. Delicate and soft on the nose, with notes from ageing in wood perfectly combined with aromas of stone yellow fruit and hints of citrus. In the mouth it is velvety and distinctive, showing a refreshing acidity that mingles well with its sweetness. An elegant and delicate finish.

Enjoy it with an almond, lemon and poppy seed cake, or milk and hazelnut chocolate nocciolato with basil ice cream. Wonderful just on its own, after a meal. To assure its full quality and flavour, it should be stored in bottle for as little time as possible, and should be drunk soon after purchase.
